• GoHighLevel - CRM, automation, and booking platform
• Google LLC - Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager
• Meta Platforms - where Meta advertising is used for client campaigns
• Hostinger - website and server hosting
• n8n - workflow automation platform hosted on our own server

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We may also share data if required by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.

• Enquiry and contact data is kept for up to 2 years unless you become a client
• Client project data is kept for up to 5 years after the end of the engagement
• Financial and invoicing records are kept for 7 years as required by law
• Website analytics data follows the retention settings configured in GA4 (maximum 14 months)
